Come stay in this 4 bedroom, 2 bath house, nestled among the beautiful hills of West Marin, a 10 minute drive from Pt. Reyes Station and Tomales Bay and only 50 minutes from Berkeley. A typical day would include waking up to the fog lifting over the Nicasio reservoir, exploring the hills and wetlands around the house, followed by hiking into the Pt. Reyes national seashore or an easy day playing at a beach on Tomales Bay. Then pick up some oysters and local cheeses as you head home to enjoy this family friendly house located on a working cattle ranch just on the outskirts of the little town of Nicasio. The main house has 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and a twin bed, the other with a queen bed) and there is a smaller sleeping cottage with another 2 bedrooms (queen bed in one, 2 twin beds in other). The house easily accommodates two families! Because the house is built on a cattle ranch, there are free ranging cows surrounding the house (behind a fence, of course) throughout the day. One or two dogs are welcome during your visit although we ask that they don’t chase the cows or wildlife!
