If you’d like to have an engineer come to consult with you on foundation, seismic, structural or drainage issues at your Berkeley, Oakland, or El Cerrito home, then this auction item is for you. Scott Sparling, a licensed engineer, is offering an on-site inspection and evaluation of your home. He can review plans and work that has been previously completed, advise on drainage and foundation issues and help you to develop an approach to future home improvement projects. This item includes: (1) Site visit, inspection and initial consultation, (2) Review of documents provided by you during the inspection. Scott has over 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering fields. He is a licensed Civil Engineer in California and Nevada. In addition to preparing structural plans and calculations, Scott regularly consults with local real estate agents, homeowners, architects and contractors with respect to drainage, foundation and seismic issues.
