If you have a seismic improvement project on the horizon for your Berkeley, Oakland, or El Cerrito home in 2015, then this auction item is for you.  Scott Sparling, a licensed engineer, is offering the structural plans and calculations necessary to receive a building permit for your seismic retrofit.  

Scott has over 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering fields. He is a licensed Civil Engineer in California and Nevada. In addition to preparing structural plans and calculations, Scott regularly consults with local real estate agents, homeowners, architects and contractors with respect to drainage, foundation and seismic issues.
